By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service listed on this page. I work under the assumption that my terms of service have been read in full and agreed upon by the customer before they send me any payment. I will announce any changes to my terms of service on Twitter!

I DO NOT WORK ON COMMISSIONS ON WEEKENDS!

I WILL DRAW

  • Ponies and other quardruped/feral animals

  • Original and canon characters

  • SFW depictions of affection between characters (hugging, cuddling, nuzzling, kiss on the cheek, etc.)

  • Light blood/injury (nosebleed, scrapes/scars, clean bandages, etc)

Plase ask if you have something else in mind!

I WILL NOT DRAW

  • NSFW

  • Heavy blood/gore

  • Guns, complex armor/mecha, automobiles, or cityscapes (this may change in the future)

  • I currently do not draw human or anthro (bipedal) characters! This may change in the future.

  • Art styles other than my own

I may reject a commission if I do not feel comfortable or confident in my current ability to draw something.
I may also reject or even ignore a commission inquiry if I find that a customer has a history of being disrespectful to others (customers, other artists, and the general public). This includes general rudeness, racism, homophobia, transphobia, and other forms of bigotry/disrespect to groups of people and cultures, as well as a reputation of refusal or failure to pay other artists for their work.

PAYMENT

  • FULL payment is due upfront. I do not currently accept any payment plans.

  • USD Only.

  • PayPal INVOICE only- please wait for me to send you an invoice before you send payment!

  • I will not work on your commission until payment is received!

WIP'S AND COMMUNICATION

  • At least one WIP update is included with each commission (after the sketch has been completed)!

  • The number of WIP updates after the sketch stage depends on the type and complexity of the commission, but I will at least follow up with you once at every "major" stage in the process (sketch, lineart, coloring, shading/rendering).

  • Minor changes (color changes, adjustments to small details) are allowed at any point during the commission process at no extra charge.

  • MAJOR changes (Change in pose, outfit, hairstyle, etc.), may result in extra charges based on how many major changes have already been made and what stage (sketch, lineart, color, render) the commission is in. These charges are explained below:

  • SKETCH STAGE: more than 3 major changes = $1.00 each

  • LINEART STAGE: more than 2 major changes = $2.00 each

  • COLOR STAGE: more than 1 major change = $5.00 each

  • RENDER STAGE: Any major changes = $10.00 each

  • If the customer decides to add a complex feature (accessory, outfit, body part) at any point during the process that wasn't agreed upon when the commission was started, they will be expected to pay for that extra feature before I add it. The amount of this additional charge depends on how complex the new feature is.

  • The faster you respond to my updates, the faster your piece will be finished! :)

REFUNDS

Customers may ONLY request refunds on grounds of incompletion if one of the following qualifiers is satisfied:

  • I have provided a written statement to the customer agreeing to complete a piece by a certain date AT THE TIME OF ACCEPTING THE COMMISSION and failed to deliver by said deadline.

  • More than 30 days have passed without a response from me since the customer has attempted to contact me about a paid commission.

If any of the above qualifiers are satisfied, the customer will be refunded in full in accordance with Paypal's refund policy.

REFUNDS CONTINUED

  • Due to the customer having the ability to modify their piece during WIP updates, full refunds will never be issued for completed art.

  • If a customer would like to cancel a commission after I have started on it, the amount refunded will be as follows:

  • Cancel during Sketch stage: 50% refund

  • Cancel during Line stage: 30% refund

  • Cancel during Color stage: 20% refund

  • Cancel during Render stage: 10% refund

  • If I decide to cancel a commission at any time due to personal reasons, the customer will be refunded in full.

  • All refunds will be issued through PayPal in accordance with their refund policy.

COPYRIGHT

  • As the artist, I retain full rights to all of my work. These rights include (but are not limited to) posting, editing, and printing any of my art. The customer may request that I wait until after a certain date to share their piece publicly (for example, if the piece is a gift for someone else). I will not sell commissioned work, but I may use it to advertise my services.

  • Under no circumstances may a customer or anyone else claim credit or ownership of my work.

  • Reposting of commissioned work is ONLY allowed when full credit is given (i.e. the customer tags me and leaves my watermark on the art, in its original position) and no edits have been made to my work (this includes cropping, with the exception of avatar and header image use- in this case full credit must be given to me in the customer's bio).

  • The customer retains the rights to their characters and their respective designs.

  • The customer has the right to print the watermarked work they have commissioned and may print said work for personal use, but under no circumstances may they sell the work or make prints for resale or commercial use.

  • Under NO circumstances may any of my art be used in/for AI databases or NFTs.
